What I did this week to support my skin health
1. I took my omega-3 supplement EVERYDAY 
2. I ate balanced nutritious meals
3. I got my monthly skin treatment 
4. I got outside to help regulate my nervous system 
5. I had my coffee after my breakfast
All of these are signs that your skin barrier is getting stronger and functioning optimally. When the barrier is healthy, your skin can protect itself, stay hydrated, and recover faster from irritation or breakouts.
