Sprouted Bread with Smoked Salmon

 

Serves 2 // 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of the Pure Life sprouted bread

  • 1 Avocado, smashed

  • 4 slices Smoked Salmon

  • 4 shaved slices of Cucumber

  • 2 tbsp Mung Beans

  • 2 tbsp Alfalfa Sprouts

  • 1 tsp Hemp Seeds

  • Garnish with Pickled Onion

  • 1/2 Lemon, cut into quarters

Method

  1. Take the sprouted bread slices and spread the avocado evenly on each side.

  2. Arrange a layer of smoked salmon on top of the avocado.

  3. Add the shaved cucumber slices, mung beans, and alfalfa sprouts over the salmon.

  4. Sprinkle hemp seeds evenly over the toppings for added crunch and nutrition.

  5. Garnish the dish with pickled onion and a squeeze of lemon for a tangy flavour. Enjoy.
